He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivien Bull and Malcolm S. Bull. He is survived by: his children, Dustin Bull and Sarah Meeks; and his siblings, Pamela Allen, Tony, Chris, Julian and Nick Bull. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
