He was predeceased by: his significant other Esther Moya; and his grandson Conrad Rotruck. He is survived by: his children, John Moya of Albuquerque, David Moya of Albuquerque, Sandra Rotruck (Mike) of Albuquerque, Yvonne Dougherty (Pat) of Albuquerque and Christopher Moya (Amy) of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Janell, James, Joseph, Jake, Jeremy, Ashlyn and Devyn; and his great grandchildren, Rosalie, Daniel, Darius, Elijah, Damian and Asher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services (2919 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107). A rosary was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Queen of Heaven Parish (5311 Phoenix Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107).
