He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Valdez; his children, Kristine Valdez-Baca (Mario), Michael Valdez, Bryna Browning, Renee Valdez and Kenneth Sandoval; his grandchildren, Dezideria, Joseph, Santiago, Anissa, Jacob and Nickolas; his great grandchildren, Layne and Arabella; and his siblings, Bertha Sandoval, Mary Corrales, Yvonne Casaus and Robert Valdez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
