It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanie McNabb Simmons in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet McNabb and Clarence McNabb; and her sister Rebecca. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne, Rodney and Justin; her grandsons, Gabriel and Evan; her siblings, Alfred McNabb and Peggy Collins; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Simmons, Dorothy Curtis and Patty Perkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
