He was predeceased by: his parents, Anastacio Martinez and Vilia Martinez; his sisters, Betty Jo and Lorraine; and his aunt Florence.

He is survived by: his children, Nicholas, Kerry (Dylan), Beth and Jason (Ryan); his siblings, Bobby, Rick, Clyde and Evelyn; his aunt Ida; his nephew Geno; his cousin Earl; and also Gen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
