He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Barnard and Oleta Barnard; and his brother Ronald Barnard. He is survived by: his wife Jeannetta Barnard; his sons, Paul Barnard (Dena) and Kent Barnard (Kim); his grandchildren, Zachary Barnard, Courtney Rel (David), Victoria Sierra (Matthew), Kyla Bixler (Hunter) and Colton Barnard; his great grandchildren, Ellie Rel and Adelyn Bixler; his siblings, Jean Jensen (Bob), Wayne Barnard (Hope) and Perry Barnard (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Kathleen Barnard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vision City Church (2900 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
