He is survived by: his wife Joelda Hope; his children, Deanna Deutschman (Matthew) of Chicago, Holly Strawn (Jeremy) of Denver and David Hope of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Henry and Sophia; and his sister Carolyn Rutledge. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
