He is survived by: his daughter Scarlett May Montoya; his wife Ashley Montoya; his parents, Mike Montoya and Kathy Montoya; his sisters, Miranda and Consuelo Montoya; his goddaughter Amari Montoya; his niece AyAnna (Brookie); and his godson Xander Christophe. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
