He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lee Spring. He is survived by: his parents, Ken Spring and Debbie Spring; his grandmother Verla Spring; his siblings, Andrew, Cathy, Wendy, Becky and Angie; and his sister-in-law Lindsey. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
