James Russell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2022, at the age of 74, James Russell (Albuquerque, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orpha Jean Russell (Vazquez) and Robert W. Russell; his brothers, Robert W. Russell Jr. and Ronald Patrick Russell; and his pet Remy.

He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Russell of Albuquerque; his mother-in-law Violet Steingraber of Albuquerque; his daughters, Amy Stetler (Kurt) and Suzanne Russell (Stephen Jenkins) of Albuquerque; his grandson James Stetler of Albuquerque; his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Spellman of Gypsum, Sterling, Emerick and Ryker Spellman of Gypsum; and his sisters, Cindy Joy Russell of Albuquerque and Alma Rosa Graham (Steven) of Riverside, California.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Jim's memory may contribute to El Ranchito de los Niños or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
