He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Erma Carter and Virgil Carter; his wife Brenda; his children, Jim (Mary), Andrea (Carl), Sheila, Suzi (Doug) and Dina; his sisters, Sue and Virginia; his pet Tinker; and his sister Lois. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
