She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Cresencio Salazar and Isabel Maria Trujillo; her siblings, Jose Eliseo Salazar and Ruby Valdez; and her nieces, Josephine Valdez (Pina) and Lisa Sanchez.
She is survived by: her husband William Madrid; her children, Joseph Madrid and Geraldine Madrid-Chavez (Ray); her siblings, Jose Ernesto Salazar (Ester), Miguel Salazar, Estephanita Maes (Lee), Carmen Sanchez (Roy), Mela Gygox (David), Juanita Atencio (Richard) and Charlene Lujan (John); her grandchildren, Janice Madrid (Liz), Jamie Madrid, Crystal Madrid (Alex), Joseph Madrid and Andrea Marsh (Gilly); her pets, Star and Scooter; and her close friend Frances Madrid. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 1 Goddaughter.
