He was predeceased by: his grandfather Demetrio Sabedra. He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Sabedra-Rodriguez (Jerry) and James Lovato; his daughter Rosie Nieto; his grandparents, Henry, Vina Lovato and Dolores "Lola" Sabedra; his sister Anna Sabedra; his uncles, Pablo Sabedra and Zachary Lovato; his aunt Jessica Lovato; and his stepbrother Francisco Rodriguez. He is also survived by several siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
