It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Amos-Coleman (Albuquerque, New Mexico), born in Baxter Springs, Kansas, who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Waymon Watson and Mary Moore Watson; her husband James Edward Amos; and her siblings, William Watson, John Roper, Frances Landrum and Billie Landis.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Marie Butler, Ronald James Amos, Michael Wayne Amos and Terry Lee Landrum; her daughters-in-law, Carmon Amos, Gilesa Amos and Carol Landrum; her brothers, Gary Watson, James Watson and Waymon Watson; her sisters-in-law, Cynthia Watson and Wyomie Watson; and her grandchildren, Michelle Marie Highsmith, Shellie Marie Amos, LaTisha Amos, Brian Butler, Ronnie Amos Jr, Rashad Amos and LeSean Amos. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
