He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie Behymer; and his siblings, Ruth, Robert and Richard Brittain. He is survived by: his wife Estelle Marie Bass Cheney; his son Jonathan Edwin Cheney (Karri Lowe Cheney); his grandchildren, Brienna, Micah, Isaiah and Elijah; his daughter Cindy Brent (David Dean Brent); his grandchildren, Carolyn, Caitlyn and Courtney Brent; his great grandchild Becky Louise Gauthier (Samuel Foster Earl); his grandchildren, Ed and Estelle; and also, Jonathan Joshua, Jason James Gauthier and Jeffrey Ross Gauthier. He is also survived by children and grandchildren, old and new friends.
