With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gilbert Lawrence Valdez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on January 1, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Valdez; and his children, Annette Leyba (Michael), Theresa Jaramillo (Chris), Tony Montoya and Marc Montoya. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
