He was predeceased by: his sons, Anthony Daniel Cuellar and Sean Lyn Cuellar; his mother Josephina Dominguez; his niece Shelly Ann Sandoval-Perez; his great-niece Shyanne Jeanne Sandoval; and his grandparents, Francisco Dominguez, Maria Lopez Dominguez, Rosalina Trujillo-Sanchez and Procopio Sanchez.

He is survived by: his children, Preston Cuellar, Shea Cuellar (Valerie), Chris Trujillo and Nadine Trujillo; his father Tony Cuellar (Jose) of Trujillo; and his siblings, Jeanette Sandoval (Leo Sandoval), Anthony Cuellar, Andrew Cuellar and Lawrence Cuellar (Marlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
