It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gabriel Chavez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, born in Torreon, New Mexico, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melcor Chavez and Concepcion Chavez; and his siblings, Feliciano Chavez, Jose Chavez, Elfego Chavez, Sal Chavez, Juanita Otero, Rosita Trujillo, Candelaria Garcia and Rita Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Chavez; and his children, Ronald Chavez (Kathy Barela), Brenda Bobinsky (Steve), Debbie Arnold (Robert) and Faviola Chavez.
