He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Torrez and Dora Torrez; and his brother Magdaleno. He is survived by: his children, Freddie Torrez, Alma Marrufo, Adam Torrez (Nicole) and Matthew Torrez; his siblings, Irene Maestas, Mabel Maldonado, Lorraine Sanchez (Felix), Tony Torrez (Margaret), George Torrez (Sally), Gilbert Torrez (Betty), Rick Torrez and Danny Torrez; his grandchildren, David, Dora, Marissa, Sarah, Aliya, Davian, Andrew, Logan, Brookelynn and Sonia; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Tobias and Zaniah. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
