He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulogio Rael and Sotera Rael; and his siblings, Elenora Rael, Ramon Rael (Betty), Liria Rael (Daniel) and Enrique Rael (Berta).
He is survived by: his siblings, Roberto Rael, Rubel Rael Daniel Rael (Pauline), Diane Rael, Stella Rael and Alberto Rael; his wife Virginia Rael; and his children, Felipe (Tammy Rael), Miguel (Liesl Rael), Maria Elena Rael and Lori Salazar.
Funeral services will be announced at a future date due top COVID-19 restrictions.
