He is survived by: his sister Josephine Ortiz of Tennessee; his son Isaac Candelaria (Rachael); his grandchildren, Alex and Jasmine Candelaria; his stepson Douglas Johnston (Emma); and his stepgrandsons, Douglas, Stephen and Joseph.
