As we bid Felix Campos farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Felix Campos is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Sanchez; his children, Felicia Sanchez, Rick Sanchez (Victoria) and Felix Sanchez, Jr. (Vangie); his stepdaughters, Monica Johnson (Bill) and Olivia Lopez; his sisters, Prescilla Martinez and Dolores Sisneros; his close friend Bob Rivard; and his brothers-in-law, Leonard, Jaramillo Martin and Vincent Jaramillo. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, also many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Salazar Mortuary (400 3rd St SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102). A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery (2957 Arenal Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121).
