She was predeceased by: her parents, William Manos and Clara Manos; her brother George Jason Kontos; and her grandson Michael Dolz. She is survived by: her sister Yia Yia; her daughters, Claire Foster, Lisa Dolz (Juan) and Jacqueline Barner (James); her granddaughters, Elena Dolz, Eva Jean Frias, Erica Dolz and Jessica Carleton (Zach); and her great grandchild Gregory Carleton. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
She was involved in many philanthropic organizations such as the Daughters of Penelope, Philoptochos, Share Your Care Adult Day Services, Meals on Wheels, and the American Heart Association "Go Red for Women.".
