He was predeceased by: his parents, Natividad Montoya and Ysidra Miranda Montoya; his children, Freda Montoya and Eusebio Montoya, Jr.; his grandchildren, Raylynn Gonzales, Michelle Montoya and David Garcia; his sons-in-law, Robert Gallegos and Dave Garcia; and his siblings, Cesaria Chavez, Charlie Montoya, Jimmie Montoya, Encarnacion, Nate, Pedro, Aurora and Pablo.
He is survived by: his wife Erlinda C. Montoya; his children, Michael Montoya (Bernice), Flora Gallegos, Arthur Montoya (Cecelia), Arlene Garcia, Luci Gonzales (Danny) and Ursula Montoya-Doyle (William); and his siblings, Josefita Gurule, Eloy Crowder (Sue), Edwardo Montoya (Molly), Alex Montoya and Richard Montoya (Sharon). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
