She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Brager and Lena Brager (Garber); her husband Terry; and her sisters, Thelma Messersmith and Frances Davidson.

She is survived by: her former husband Terrence Stave; her children, Karin Stave of Bismarck, Paul Stave (Cindy) of Grafton and Susan Lysne (Eric) of Devils Lake; her siblings, Wayne Brager of Leeds and Bernadine Hall of Washington; and her granddaughters, Nicole Kjersten of Green Bush, Maren Lysne, Christa Lysne and Rachel Lysne.
