She is survived by: her husband Eric Chavez; her children, Eric, Izaiah and Serenity Chavez; her parents, Julie Gonzales and Richard Martinez; her brothers, Anthony Martinez and Rick Lucero; her grandmother Tessie Gonzales; her stepmother Mary Martinez; her father-in-law Leo Chavez; her godmother Linda Mares; and her grandparents, Paul, Dora Martinez, Margie and Wayne Roberts. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
