He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Gutierrez; his sons, Ernest Gutierrez (Victoria) and Michael Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Jessica, David, Edward and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Alex, Trinity, Liam and Lilly; his siblings, John Gutierrez (Theresa) and Priscilla Hayes; and his sister-in-law Chris Gutierrez.
