He was predeceased by: his parents, Eligio Moya and Margarita Moya; his siblings, Felix Moya, Sofi Castillo and Lina; his brother-in-law Juan Aragon; his nephew Clarence; and his grandson Timothy Montoya.

He is survived by: his wife Rosela; his children, Veronica Lopez (James), Johnny Moya (Debra) and Chester Moya (Linda); his siblings, Salamon Moya (Martha), Victor Moya (Edwina) and Cris Thompson; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Felicia, Amanda, Victoria, Max, Richard, Anna and Yvette.
