He was predeceased by: his mother C. L. Conklin; his former wife Marlene Langdon; his daughter Kathy Boyd; his granddaughter Karissa Bates; and his great grandchild Haven Baier.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Clark; his daughter Kaye Bates; his son-in-law Tony Boyd; his stepsons, Jason Clark and Jarid Clark (Olivia); his grandchildren, Katie (Mathew Groff), Jonathan Bates (Kathryn), Kristina Madrid (Timothy), Mindy Baier (Michael), Kelli Williford (John), Alexis, Samantha, Jacob, Macey, Colin and Drew Clark; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Gabriel, Caleb Groff, Aaron, Kaitlyn Madrid, Tucker Baier, Clara, Lincoln, Bonnie and Graham Williford; and his brothers, Orrin (Marjean), Morris (Jackie) and Kevin (Twila). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The last months of his life were very hard as the pandemic caused him to be quarantined and isolated over and over in his assistive living facility.
