He was predeceased by: his parents, Flo Ellen Thomason and Joseph Bernard Eaton; his wife Cheryl Ann Eaton; his stepparents, Charles Thomason and Catherine Eaton; and his brothers, Joe, Paul, Steve, Chuck and Mark.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alan, Linda, Tracy, Cathy and Joann; his daughter Melanie Lynn Ford; his grandchildren, Brandon, Koty and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Marilyn and Jayden; his stepchildren, Lisa Michelle Hendrix, Michael Sean Minces and Stephen Alexander Minces; and his stepgrandchildren, Whitney, Elliott, Catherine, Josiah, Logan, Wesley, Cissy, Sean, Abigail and Alexander.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
