He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Salazar and Sylvia Salazar. He is survived by: his siblings, Dwight Salazar (Debbie), Kenneth Salazar, Anthony Salazar and Denise Gutierrez (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
