He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Thielen and Agnes Thielen; his siblings, Joan, Marjorie, Geraldine, David and George; his brother-in-law Chet; and his father-in-law Orlando Quintana.
He is survived by: his brother Larry; his wife Geraldine; his sons, Nathan and Jordan; his daughter-in-law Brittany; his granddaughter Matilda Jean; his sister Ann; his mother-in-law Matilde Quintana; and his sisters-in-law, Jo-Ann Romero (David), Roberta Martinez (Harold) and Christine Garcia (Toby). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
