He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Garcia and Sarah Garcia; his son-in-law Ronnie Hill; his sister Kathryn Rose Padilla; and his niece Karen Nead.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn F Garcia; his daughters, Camille Garcia-Hill and Kathryn Deaton (Brent); his grandchildren, Robert Hill, Megan Hill, Brianna Ornelas, Miranda Deaton, Russell Deaton and Justin Deaton; his great grandchildren, Lily and Ayden Ornelas; his siblings, Patricia Howard and John F Garcia (Thea); and his siblings-in-law, Norma Hickox and Stanley Lamb (Judy).
