She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her sister Dorothy Gutierrez; her brother-in-law Adrian Gutierrez; her son Samuel David Gonzales; and her parents, Dan Nickerson and Cleo Nickerson.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Flores, Josie Montano (Chris) and Joseph David Gonzales; her granddaughter Lydia Flores; her great grandchildren, Malachi, Dylan, Christopher Jr., Joshua, Bella and Michael Joseph; and her sisters, Stella Hodges and Barbara Flores (Rudy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
