“I do not know if Consuelo is the same Consuelo who did an internship with Senator Jeff Bingaman of NM in 1986 but if so, I worked with her on several projects when I worked for Senator John Glenn. If this is the same Consuelo I remember her fondly as she was a joy to work with for a short time. If not the same person, please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
