Though Cesar Cruz Rios may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cesar Cruz Rios touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Cesar, Andrea and Arianna; the mother of his children Tanya Tapia; his parents, Alicia Ramirez Celio and Jose Enrique Rios Villafranca; his brothers, Eric and Dante; and his grandson Santiago.
A rosary will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shrine of Saint Bernadette (11509 Indian School Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112). A Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102).
