It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Maxine Bustillos in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Chavez, Jr. and Rebecca Chavez; and her siblings, Eleanor, Lucy, Mary, Wilma, Eugene, Nick, Jr. and Arthur.

She is survived by: her husband Efren Bustillos; her children, Jose R. Bustillos, Elena Cruz and Cristina Diaz; and her siblings, Andrew, Ricky and Linda. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
