She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy, Manuel, Patsy, Maryanne, Richard, Ronnie and Helen; her husband Clifford Cook; her children, Mona and Joseph (Michelle); her grandson Tony; her daughter Rebecca (Rudy); her grandchildren, Julius, Melanie and Nancy (Josh); her great grandchildren, Cecelia (Hope) and Joshua; her granddaughter Kimberly (Vince Chavez); her great grandchild Sabrina; and her grandchildren, Christina, Vince Jr., Nathanio, Davior, Alex, Kayden and Zackery.
In the years following Clifford's passing, Cecelia faced significant health challenges, including heart problems, COVID-19, pneumonia, and a blood clot in her lung.
