She is survived by: her son Dr. Brent Burkett (Pamela) of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Dennis Burkett (Kendri) of Olathe, KS and Mary Cline (Jarrod) of Albuquerque; her half-siblings, Janice Whitlock (Mickie) of Paducah, KY and Larry Walker (Phyllis) of Cayce, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Samuel Burkett, Caleb and Gabrielle Cline.
