He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joshua and Dona Fay Evans Boyack; and his brother Paul Boyack. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Wiser; his children, Kevin Boyack (Christie) of Albuquerque, NM, Chad Boyack (Allison) of Tucson, AZ, Ward Boyack (Amy) of Orem, UT and Stacy Devenport (Jake) of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandchildren, Cameron Boyack (Crystal), Quinn Boyack (Bethany), Tyler Boyack (Kasey), Cassi Wilson (Evan), Evan Boyack (Rachelle), Taylor Boyack (Catherine), McKay Boyack, Caleb Boyack (Ashley), Tanner Boyack (Ellie), Corey Devenport (Anna), Jared Devenport (Joy), Jocelyn Colfack (Cameron), Gwen Boyack, Ryan Boyack, Eric Devenport (Sydney), Tatum Boyack, Annika Boyack, Tori Boyack, Nathan Devenport, Maggie Boyack, Eliza Boyack and Reagan Devenport. He is also survived by his seventeen great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints San Victorio Chapel (11750 San Victorio Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery (420 S 400 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660). Brent loved to write and has recorded his thoughts and activities in journals throughout the years producing a family history highlighting each of their children, a volume containing the experiences during the pandemic, and a book of his own reflections, 400 pages, which he has assigned his children to read.
