He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentin Baca and Julianita Baca; his sisters, Simplicia Blake and Erlinda Guzman; his mother-in-law Natividad Griego; his son-in-law Steve Ballejos Sr.; his nephew Greg Moya (Lolo); his niece Mary Luna; his brother-in-law Santos Sanchez; and his granddaughter Maria Ann Baca.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Baca (Polly) of Tajique; his children, Maria Rita Tapia (Nash) of Mountainair, NM, Judy Chang (Carlos) of Albuquerque, NM, Jerry Anthony Baca (Patsy) of Edgewood, NM, Victoria Bencomo (Ray) of Albuquerque, NM, Bonnie Nativy Baca of Albuquerque, NM, Charles Patrick Baca (Cynthia) of Albuquerque, NM and Deborah Christine Gradnigo (Billy) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Paul Salas, Judith Rose Perea (Efren), Steve Ballejos, Angela Ballejos, Monica Saiz (Joaquin), Antonio Chang, Shi-Lin Kaylani Chang, Erik Baca, Patrick Baca, David Baca (Ame), Pauline Rebecca Green (Riley), Julie Baca (Matthew), Charles Patrick Clovis Baca (Christina), William Saiz (Kim) and Paula Saiz Gradnigo; his great grandchildren, Vanessa Griego (Dominic), Crystal Gurule (Isaac), Bonifacio Pablo Salas, Marcus Ballejos, Angelo Ballejos, Lily McAdams, Brody McAdams, Macaela Saiz, Celia Saiz, Joaquin Saiz Jr., Von Bashay, Vincent Baca, Maria Anne Green, Gavin Saiz, Austin Saiz and Leilani Stratford; and his great great grandchildren, Dominic Griego Jr. and Xander Gurule.
