It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Gallegos (Albuquerque, New Mexico), born in Wellington, Missouri, who passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis P. Gallegos; her parents, John Brock and Leona Brock; and her grandchildren, Roger Garcia, Lisa Garcia and Michelle Gallegos.
She is survived by: her children, Alfred Gallegos (Cornelia), Edwin Gallegos (Evelyn), Michael Gallegos (Gloria), Patricia Thompson, Nora Garcia (Paul) and Barbara Vonderheide (William); and her siblings, John, Thomas and Marsha. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
