She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Herrera and Stella Herrera; and her siblings, Vivian Barela Salcido, Yvonne Garcia and Sammy Herrera.

She is survived by: her pet Morty; her brother Jerry Herrera (Isabel); and her significant other Perfecto Sonny Maez II. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
