She was predeceased by: her grandmother Laura Jaramillo; and her uncle Ben Jaramillo. She is survived by: her daughter Ava; and her mother Roxanne. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other family and friends.
She was a STEM Core member and a participant in the ALRISE research program funded by the National Science Foundation.
