He is survived by: his mother Darlene Katherine Carr; his siblings, Mikey, Adam, Sonnyboy (Manuel Jr.), Shari and Stacy (Denise); his children, Anthony, Matthew and Leandra (Ray); his grandchildren, Dominic, Christopher, Jayden, Josiah and Elijah; and his former wife Jadie.

Due to COVID Restrictions David's Life Celebration will be PRIVATE.
