She is survived by: her uncle Estrella Robbins; her son Moises Chavez; her siblings, Ciprano Medina (Teodora), Louis Medina, Adelmo Medina, Herman Medina (Karen), Manuel Medina (Theresa Trujillo), Elizardo Medina, Efren Medina (Sandra), Sarah Martinez, Francis Medina and George Medina (Julie); and her nieces and nephews, Orland Rogers, Alysia Martinez, Daniel Medina, Gina, Jasmine, Joshua, Janice, Joaquin, Zach, Gloria, Sonrisa, Tiffany, Adelmo, Alexandra, Jenna Lee, Manuel Lee, Javier, Helena, Patrick, Joanna, Robert, Jennifer, Eloy, Crucita, Olivia, Gabriel, Christopher (Elizabeth), Leandra, Matthew, Michael and Steven.
In recent years she gave to the community by her monthly meal donations to the local homeless shelter.
