We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2022, at the age of 85, Anita Gonzales Sanchez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, born in Belen, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ernesto Sanchez. She is survived by: her mother Anita Sanchez; her daughter Juanita; her siblings, Ernesto Sanchez Jr., Alfonso Sanchez, Juven Sanchez, Priscilla DeBlassie, Maclovia Zamora, Victoria Lucero, Celina DeLilla and Frances Sanchez-Chisholm (Charles Chisholm) of Rancho Mirage, California.; her aunt Ann Sanchez; and her sisters-in-law, Cecilia (Alfonso Sanchez) and Susie (Juven Sanchez). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the National Alliance on Mental Illness may be made.
