It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amelia Navarrette of Albuquerque, New Mexico, born in Loving, New Mexico, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Purtalco Duran and Juanita Martinez Duran; and her siblings, Delia Navarrete, Ruben and Fred Duran.
She is survived by: her husband Armando Gomez Navarrette; and her children, Cynthia Doe, Armando D. Navarrette Jr. and Anthony D. Navarrette (Tony). She is also survived by her three children, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
