She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Garcia; her parents, Ramon Chavez and Dolores Chavez; her daughter Katherine Maldonado; her grandsons, Chris Maldonado and James Rodarte; her siblings, Raymond Chavez and Rica Best; and her sons-in-law, Antonio Perea, Richard Maldonado and Rudy Silva.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Perea, Margaret Silva and Louise Garcia. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
