He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Potrzebowski (Augustine) and Chester Potrzebowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wren Potrzebowski; his children, Alina Potrzebowski of Albuquerque, NM and Alek Potrzebowski of Alexandria, VA; and his grandchild Rhys England.
